FAQ

What is Motek?

Motek (מותק) is Bizu's Hebrew-language home for Israel: a social video chat app for private 1:1 calls with real, verified hosts. Your Motek account is a Bizu account.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Joining is free and you receive welcome coins. You only pay for the call minutes you use.

Can I use Hebrew?

Yes. Messages are translated automatically and calls can show translated subtitles.

Is it safe?

Hosts are ID-verified, photos are reviewed and conversations are moderated. Nudity and sexual content are prohibited.

Who can use it?

Motek is only for adults aged 18 and over.

Can I pay in shekels?

Prices are shown in euros (€) before you pay. Your bank or Google Play converts them to Israeli shekels (₪ / ILS) at its own rate. There is no subscription: you only pay for the minutes you talk.

Which time zone are bookings in?

When you book, you pick the host, the day, the time and the length (30 minutes up to 3 hours). Times follow your device clock, which in Israel is Asia/Jerusalem, so an evening call in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem needs no time-zone maths.

Is Motek available in Israel?

Yes. Motek is made for Israel: the site is in Hebrew and English, prices are shown in euros before you pay (your bank converts them to shekels), and live translated subtitles help when your host speaks another language. It runs on the web and Android wherever Bizu is available. 18+ only; sexual content is prohibited.

Your next conversation is one tap away.
